Our company is based in Hong-Kong. The goods will be shipped from Asia to the World. The maximum size would be the size of a laptop. Our target is 1500 products per month. Our manufacturers will be in Shenzhen mostly. Our issue is the following. We have been told that any Chinese Manufacturers will be able to collect 13% out of the 17% tax of raw materials paid upfront if they export their goods outside China. Is this correct ? We would like to know if your Fullfillment Center is considered as a Transit Customs Area ? It this is case, our Chinese Manufacturer will be able to get 13% of his tax back and we will not have to pay for it.
